About Us

About Us

How AMP Engineering approaches complex infrastructure delivery, and why it matters on live sites.

About us

Infrastructure delivered on schedule.

AMP Engineering is a civil infrastructure contractor based in Vineyard, NSW. Established in 2022, we deliver roadworks, drainage and civil structures for councils, property developers and head contractors across public, commercial and transport sectors, working as both principal contractor and subcontractor. We also deliver electrical and traffic signal works as part of integrated road and intersection projects.

We’ve built our practice around one principle: complex works on live sites should run to programme. That means identifying risk at design stage, sequencing construction before the first machine arrives, and communicating clearly with every stakeholder, from the client’s board to the adjacent property owner.

Since starting out, we’ve grown steadily across the Sydney basin and regional NSW, delivering projects from local council upgrades to multi-million dollar developer works. That range matters: it means we bring the same discipline to a $600,000 park upgrade as we do to a $3.2 million roadworks interface, and we understand how councils, government authorities and private clients each need a project run.

Our work spans the full civil scope, roadworks and pavement, drainage and stormwater, concrete structures and retaining walls, alongside construction staging and engineering consultation. We handle the coordination of specialist subcontractors across every trade, so our clients deal with a single point of accountability from tender through to handover.

Why Choose Us

Why AMP Engineering?

Four things that define the way we work, and why clients come back.

Proactive Project Delivery

We identify risks early and implement practical solutions before they impact programme or cost, keeping momentum through every stage.

Efficient & Reliable Execution

We schedule to a day-by-day sequence, not a high-level Gantt. Constraints surface early and rework stays rare. We stay on the job until the punchlist is short and the handover documentation is complete.

Strong Safety Culture

Safety is embedded in planning and on site, with a proactive culture of hazard identification and continuous improvement on every project.

Collaborative & Solutions-Focused

We work closely with clients, consultants and delivery partners, with clear communication and solution-driven thinking when challenges arise.
