Our core disciplines, delivered across the Sydney metropolitan area, on live roads, on programme, to specification.
Full delivery responsibility on site, from programme and staging through to handover.
We take on principal contractor engagements where the client needs a single point of delivery accountability. That means we manage the programme, coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, maintain quality and WHS compliance, and own the outcome from first day on site to practical completion.
We work under our own ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems, producing project-specific quality management plans, construction environmental management plans and WHS management plans as required by the contract.
Asphalt, kerb and gutter, line marking and pavement rehabilitation on live arterial and local roads.
We deliver pavement works on live roads across the Sydney metropolitan area. Our crews are experienced in working within live traffic environments, constructing works in stages to maintain traffic flow and road access throughout construction.
From full-depth pavement reconstruction on major arterials to localised rehabilitation on residential streets, we produce pavement that meets council and TfNSW specifications and holds up under traffic loading.
Pipe networks, gross pollutant traps, detention basins and culvert structures designed for longevity.
We construct stormwater drainage infrastructure for councils, developers and head contractors, from upstream pipe networks through to outlet structures and water quality treatment devices. Our work ranges from new subdivision drainage to the rehabilitation of ageing council assets.
We understand the coordination required to deliver drainage in live road environments: traffic management, dewatering, safety of works near existing live services and reinstatement of disturbed pavement to a standard that lasts.
Retaining walls, headwalls, kerb barriers and reinforced concrete works built to council and TfNSW standards.
We design-construct and build-only reinforced concrete structures for road infrastructure and civil sites. Our work is built to council and TfNSW standards, with concrete mix, reinforcement and cover specified and inspected to match the exposure environment and design life requirements.
Footpath and shared path construction is a core part of our road project delivery, often completed as part of a broader roadworks package to achieve a consistent finish across the whole corridor.
Programme sequencing, constructability input and risk assessment during design and tender phases.
Before a project reaches site, we help clients, designers and head contractors identify the issues that become problems once construction starts. Constructability and staging risks that are visible in the design are far cheaper to resolve than the same risks discovered after the road is opened.
We provide this input on a fee basis during design and tender phases, as part of an early contractor involvement (ECI) arrangement, or as a preliminary service ahead of a construction contract award.
Traffic control plans, live road staging and TMP preparation to keep projects moving safely on open roads.
Keeping a road open while we build on it requires detailed staging planning and disciplined on-site execution. We prepare the documentation and manage the day-to-day implementation of traffic management to keep pedestrians, cyclists and motorists moving safely through our works.
Our staging plans are developed in conjunction with our construction programme, so the sequencing of works and the sequencing of traffic management changes are aligned from the outset.
Traffic signal and electrical infrastructure delivered as part of our civil and roadworks projects, including SCATS integration, detector loops, cabling and associated works.
AMP Engineering delivers the electrical and traffic-signal components of civil infrastructure projects through established specialist partners, managed under a single point of accountability. This lets us take on works combining civil construction with roadside electrical and ITS elements without the client coordinating multiple contractors.
Coordination and management of specialist subcontractors across every trade, keeping quality, safety and programme aligned from a single point of accountability.
On most civil projects, the critical path runs through subcontractor interfaces. We manage those interfaces proactively, ensuring each trade receives a clear scope, a defined programme, and the site access they need to perform without disrupting others.
Our subcontractor management process covers procurement through to final sign-off, with every subcontractor working under our ISO-certified quality and safety frameworks and supervised by AMP site staff.
Send us the scope and we’ll come back with a considered approach.
